Joe Jacobi

Joe Jacobi has always had a passion for the rink, which has flourished over the years. A graduate of SUNY Fredonia through which he earned a B.A in Business Administration, Joe evolved his passion for the game while playing at the ACHA level. Upon graduation, Joe decided to return home and share his passion for the game with the youth of Western New York, as lead instructor for the Buffalo Prospects/Alien Hockey organization, and assistant to the Williamsville North JV and Amherst Knights midget teams. His enthusiasm for the game does not go unnoticed as evidenced by his hard work and dedication to sharing his craft with today's youth.

Nolan Sheeran

Now a junior at Canisius College, Nolan Sheeran has had a decorated career on the rink. Notably, Nolan played two years in the OJHL for the Buffalo Junior Sabres, where he totaled 120 points, and was the team's leading point scorer in the 2013-2014 playoff season. A Bowman Cup participant, he played two years with the Buffalo Regals 18u team winning the NYS championship each year and also represented the Williamsville North varsity team for two years. In October 2014, Nolan was named "Rookie of the Week" for the Atlantic Hockey Conference. Nolan's grind for the game is emphasized in his ability not only to play, but also teach strength and skill set required by successful  players.

Ryan Schmelzer

Also a senior at Canisius College, Ryan Schmelzer has made a name for himself in the community.  He is currently leading the Golden Griffs as he was named the Team Captain for the 2017-18 season! While representing the Williamsville East High School team for three years, Ryan further developed his skill during his three years in the OJHL playing for the Buffalo Junior Sabres, where he was appointed to the OJHL South West Conference all-star team. Ryan offers a quiet confidence to the game, which he hopes to inject into the WNY School of Hockey program.

Jake Rosen

A graduate at Buffalo State College, Jake Rosen, has held both local and national representation on the ice hockey scene. During his three years on the Williamsville North squad, Jake was named to 1st team all-state, achieved the record for most points scored in a season and was a two time Bowman Cup participant. Additionally Jake played two years in the Eastern Junior Hockey League and represented Team USA in the 2013 Maccabi Games. Jake offers a diverse range of experience to the WNY School of Hockey, and prides himself on his ability to share this experience with all involved with the program.

2016-17 Season
Tallied two assists in nine games during his sophomore season...Had one assist on the power play at RPI (10/21)...Registered 12 shots on goal and three blocked shots.
2015-16 Season
Appeared in 30 games for the Purple Eagles...Scored one goal and eight assists for nine points...Scored his first collegiate goal in his first game at St. Lawrence (10/9)...Recorded 43 shots on goal and blocked 15 shots...Named to the 2015-16 Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team.
Before Niagara
Played with the Buffalo Jr. Sabres of the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) from 2013 to 2015...In 106 regular-season games with Buffalo, recorded 39 goals and 45 assists for 84 points...Captained the Jr. Sabres in the 2014-15 season, leading the team with 27 goals, 23 assists, 50 points, six power-play goals, three shorthanded goals, and six game-winning goals...Named OJHL South-West Conference Player of the Month in December 2014 after scoring nine goals and 12 points in seven games.
Born in Wheatfield, N.Y....Son of Terry and Peggy Kuhn...Has a sister, Morgan, and a brother, Bryce...Majoring in finance...Left shot.
